What does a project include?+
That depends on your goals, the number of pages and the functionality you need. We outline the scope, deliverables and review stages before the project starts, from strategy and design through to development and launch.
How long will my website take?+
The timeline depends on the agreed scope, content readiness and review stages. We establish a schedule with you after understanding the project, so you know what to expect before work begins.
Can you redesign our existing website?+
Yes. We start by reviewing what is working, what needs to change and which existing content or functionality needs to carry over. That review informs the design and rebuild scope.
Who supplies the words and images?+
We agree that together during scoping. You can supply brand assets and content, and we can define any additional copy direction, visual production or asset work the project requires.
Will it work well on mobile?+
Responsive layouts and key device checks are part of our proposed workflow. We adapt the composition and motion for smaller screens and include an experience for visitors who prefer reduced motion.
What happens after launch?+
You receive the agreed handover and editing guidance. Any ongoing maintenance, new pages or further development can be scoped separately to suit your needs.
How are templates different from agency work?+
With a custom project, we handle the agreed design and build for you. With a template, you get a prompt and included visual assets, then run and customise the result yourself with Codex or Claude Code. Some imagery is baked into the supplied motion and needs replacement media if you want to change it.
