Terms of service

Webbzer is operated as a one-person software business. These terms govern your account and your use of the prompt library, the website, and the MCP server.

One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep the password to yourself and verify your email so we can reach you about billing.

You can end every active session at any time from your security settings, and delete your account by writing to hello@webbzer.ai.

Access to unlock prompts from the library while the subscription is active, subject to any fair-use limit stated on your plan. A prompt you have unlocked stays unlocked permanently — cancelling stops new unlocks, it does not repossess old ones.

Free accounts get three unlocks in total. Credit packs are consumed after those and before any plan allowance.

Some plans cap the number of new prompts you can unlock per day. Re-opening a prompt you already own never counts against it. The limit exists to stop bulk extraction of the catalogue, not to ration ordinary use.

Redistribute, resell, or republish the prompts themselves — as files, as a competing library, or as training data for a model that reproduces them. Automating the catalogue to extract it wholesale is a breach whether or not it stays inside a rate limit.

Billing runs through Stripe; we never handle or store card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

The service is provided as-is. We aim to keep it up and to fix defects quickly, but there is no uptime guarantee attached to any tier.

These terms can change. Material changes get an email to the address on your account before they take effect, and continuing to use the service afterwards is acceptance.
